Traditionally the following huts are used in outdoor pig farming: serving huts, dry sow huts, farrowing huts, weaner and finishers huts. However, there are farms that would only have part of their production outdoors. All variations are possible.
Our huts have stood out due to their solidity, easy assembly, long durability and their healthy climate inside. We use multi-layered softwood that is impregnated with a fungicide and almost exclusively polystyrene as soundproofing. The base of the huts consists of replaceable 10-15cm thick wooden planks and roofs made of galvanized sheets.
